Courtyard

I designed the residential building as a multifunctional house with an emphasis on social life and shared space. It is an attempt to combine the function of housing with quality benefits for residents of the surrounding area by enriching the center of the small town with a space for relaxation and a piece of nature. In addition to facilities for shops and a café with a garden, the design offers a small park and space (which I professionally refer to as "the lawn") for smaller neighborhood events under the sky. The upper floors contain apartments of various sizes, whose residents have access to the entire basement with parking spaces and storage areas.
