Residential building on Strakonická Street: the face of the Smíchov embankment. Today, this is an emerging area with great potential. The building is situated on a corner, serving as a symbolic transition between the dense urban blocks of the city center and the more open development to the south. The design is defined by a symmetrical facade with a calm character. Its closed form towards the street helps mitigate noise from the busy Strakonická traffic. Conversely, the building opens up towards the courtyard, featuring sun-drenched facades.
