Riverside I.

The proposed residential building in Kadaň is located at the boundary between the urban area and the landscape near the Ohře River. The design responds to the calm character of the site, the greenery, and the strong connection to the riverside as a pedestrian and recreational space. The main principle is working with mass and scale through simple, height-stepped volumes that improve daylight in the apartments and soften the overall expression of the building. The façade uses light brick and brown metal cladding. Thanks to the open ground floor with a wine bar, the building naturally connects to the public space and offers high-quality contemporary living. Gross floor area= 3116 m², site coverage ratio= 0,72 plot area= 860m², built-up area= 619 m²
