Incubator. A factory of ideas. A machine that generates value. This project claims a forgotten strip of land along the railway— a neglected buffer zone reimagined through a mental exercise of cultivation. A wall becomes a skelet. defining the terrain, bends and fractures can be climbed, walked upon, rising and falling with the ground. Along an imagined axis, linear forms emerge: shared halls, workshops, artist residences, offices, and rentable production spaces. Together they form a continuous urban organism. The colossus is bound by a bridge — DRAWBRIDGE. It overcomes (height) differences, connects structures, coherent whole.
