The building in question is located in the Prague 3 - Žižkov district. It is a former building of the Institute for the Study of Totalitarian Regimes, which left it in 2017. In the same year, an extensive reconstruction of the entire building began, but was never completed. Since then, the house has been falling into disrepair. The building was recently sold and will probably be demolished. The aim is to propose a reconstruction, give the building a second chance and at the same time prove that transformation is a better path than demolition.
