Annotation

The residential building design completes the existing urban block on Otakarova Street in Prague. It responds to the surrounding urban structure and scale, closing the previously open part of the block and clearly defining both the street space and the inner courtyard. The courtyard is conceived as a two-level space: a lively public lower level with commercial uses connected to the ground floors, and a calm, private upper level reserved for residents. A distinctive rounded corner softens the building’s volume and reinforces its urban character.
