BETWEEN VRŠOVICKÁ AND SÁMOVA
Annotation
The site is bordered by the busy Vršovická Street to the south and the calmer Sámova Street to the north. Nearby are the Grébovka villa, the Botič stream, and an elementary school. The project consists of six new residential buildings with an open and inviting ground floor.
My building is framed by a green space to the south and a small square to the north, from which visitors can access a cinema club located in the basement. The ground floor includes a bistro for residents, cinema visitors, and passers-by, as well as an entrance to the underground garage. Above the active ground floor are nine 3+kk apartments, ten studio apartments (1+kk), and one shared community space, totaling 19 apartments for up to 56 residents.
