CHVALKOVICE - Barn conversion - ciderpress

"An apple a day keeps the doctor away." Behind the houses, orchards with old varieties of apple trees; below the castle, a swimming pool. A barn has stood in the grounds of the Chvalkovice manor for almost 300 years. Each new owner brought a new gable. It was built as an addition to one of the oldest stone houses in Chvalkovice, No. 5, where a distillery was located. This project aims to renovate the barn and includes build-in cider mill and cider bar/café.
