Shopping Center Choceň

In my work I focus on the buildability of a few plots of land in Choceň. The place is currently used for recreation of the residents but it has noticeable terrain break. In my project, I respond to the original intention to build a shopping center, which due to its location on the land, struggled with several petitions of residents. If the building achieved the real potential of the place and merged environmentally with the surroundings, would it be possible to improve the quality of services in the city and gain the admiration of the residents?
