The concept of the city is creating a city for science and research - the university campus. The city is divided into functional belts: the administrative belt, the residential belt and the residential belt of the quieter zone with low-rise buildings. Each belt is divided by recreational areas of squares, parks and forests. The former flooded sand pit will become the city's main central park.
