Palmovka

Palmovka, a place where the narrow valley of Rokytka stream opens to wide basin of Vltava. This makes imaginary gate between the city centre and Eastern parts of Prague. Designed area is situated between three different types of a city development. On the east there are periodical square block, on the southwest there are non-structural buildings and on the north side there are solitary monoblocks. The design follows up to urbanism concept of Rohan island from 2018. Our design tries to communicate with all types of development and simultaneously makes its own united character.
