New residential area Prague Modřany

We design  a new garden district in an undeveloped area in Prague Modřany. The designed area consists mainly of smaller houses with residential function and a group of three large multifunctional blocks, which form a noise barrier for smaller buildings. This layout minimizes private residential areas and creates space for public spaces, squares and parks. In this project I design a group of family houses which are situated around one of the created squares.
