Art residence - Mladá Boleslav

The building is located in the centre of Mladá Boleslav in Pražská brána street northeast of the castle. The tower consists of 3 different parts: light metal grate staircase, residential area with 2-storey flats and 2-storey elevator with a gallery inside. All the residents of the house share this gallery together, so each of them can have this place just for themselves for some time. In addition, the tower stands next to the Gellner house by Jiří Kroha from 20s of the last century. This fact makes living here more attractive and also allows to connect functionalism with modern architecture.
