The project is located in the area of Rybáře in Karlovy Vary, which lies on the left shore of the river Ohře and it connects with the city center. However, the area isn not taking advantage of the river nearby because there leads a highway along the riverside. Big shopping malls and parking lots are also separating the city from the river. Another complication is a steep slope covered by dense vegetation. There is other unused opportunity in the former area of an old brewery which is mostly in ruins nowadays. We can find also a small church on a rock with a view of the other side of the river. The project tries to use all these potentials and create an attractive and dynamic environment.
