Revitalization of the old town hall in the city of Česká Skalice in the Královéhradecký Region. Where could I go to watch a performance by our children? Where can we meet and learn something about the world around us? I have an idea — but I have no place to develop it. Where will I find space and people like me? Where can I sit down, look out into a garden, and chat with my neighbours? I've just arrived in the city — where should I go? I'm starting my life in this city. Is there a place where I can live and at the same time be part of something greater?
