Exhibition of Studio Projects

Annotation

Who would have thought that a dark corner under a bridge, where people used to quicken their pace, would become one of the most vibrant spots on the Vltava riverbank? Located under the new Rohanský Bridge in Holešovice, pub U Vávry has revitalized this neglected area into a hub for skaters, punks, and anyone in touch with their inner zen. Its Corten steel facade blends seamlessly with the surrounding industrial character. From a table with a frosty beer, customers of both the skateshop and the pub can look through glass walls to watch the tricks and falls of skatepark visitors. Thanks to this project, a once-overlooked spot has been transformed into a vibrant Prague hotspot.
