The concept of the Atrox residential house simply follows the urban design with its mass.
The mass is complemented by circulating terraces which partly create a noise barrier, especially for apartments facing Chilská Street. From the north and south sides, the terrace, extends out of the mass to provide a slight shading to south apartments. They extend minimally from the eastern and western part, but they are complemented by vertical dividing walls, which, due to their inclination, create partial shading, just when the sun is lowest and shines perpendicular to the façade.
