ADMINISTRATIVE COMPLEX OTAKAROVA / NA ZÁMECKÉ

The location is situared in Nusle at the intersection of Otakarova and Na Zámecké streets, near the future exit from the metro station. That creates good conditions for the creation of an administrative complex there. The main goal of the design was to create an administrative set of buildings with the help of simple forms in contrast to the historical context of the city. The design features two towers and a small square between them. Each tower is created with the help of a basic element or module – cubes. Material solution – gray plaster and facade panels with a copper shade. On the first two floors there is a reception, restaurant, shops. On the next 6 floors there is office space for rent.
