The parking house is situated in Kotlářka, next to the busy Plzeňská on the one side and a forest on the other. In addition to internal functions, it plays an important role in protecting the natural environment, which is the basis of the inspiration itself: old bunkers. The rough concrete from which the entire exterior is not protected by sheeting and therefore, over time, wears a weathered and overgrown appearance. Inside, in addition to parking, there is a restaurant with a cafe on the ground floor. On the upper floors there is a gym and sauna, catering to not only the commuters, but also clients of the surrounding sports centers.
