The new center of the town of Vlašim has an unpleasant impression. Could this living place, where the most people live in prefabricated towers, be regenerated by a few well-thought-out urban interventions? And would that make economic sense?
I try to find answers in the form of a design of a city building, which I place
instead of two buildings of commercial use directly opposite the town hall at the intersection of Komenského and Riegrovy streets. The house is to serve primarily as a swimming pool.
