Town house with swimming pool in Vlašim

The new center of the town of Vlašim has an unpleasant impression. Could this living place, where the most people live in prefabricated towers, be regenerated by a few well-thought-out urban interventions? And would that make economic sense? I try to find answers in the form of a design of a city building, which I place instead of two buildings of commercial use directly opposite the town hall at the intersection of Komenského and Riegrovy streets. The house is to serve primarily as a swimming pool.
