The project will be situated on the site of an existing building, for which the space will be properly replaced. It fills the empty gap, aligns its roof plane to approximately the same level as of the surrounding buildings and completes the corner of the road intersection. It joins itself to the blind facades of adjacent houses. It will open up the yet unused courtyard and cultivate its surroundings with greenery.
