Block of flats Ostrava:::

The block of flats is located near Ostrava's center, in between river Ostravice and the main road. The parking is located underneath the building and takes up two stories. It is connected to the rest of the house by elevator and stairs, which are designed in an accessible, friendly way. The ground level contains two rentable spaces which can then be turned into stores or other amenities. It is also a place where the main entrance is. The hall then continues to a garden and a place to store bikes and baby carriages. The building is then made up of three level plans which are then used twice in the building.
