Floating city: Aqua Foveropolis

Affected by global climate change, three times as many people could be affected by 2050 as previously thought, meaning that some of the world’s major coastal cities could be nearly destroyed. Project proposes to build a floating city and combat problems caused by rising sea levels. The floating city based near Enoshima (江の島), a small sea island at the mouth of the Katase river, which flows into Sagami bay in Kanagawa prefecture, Japan.
