Adult Day Care
Annotation
The plot on the edge of the monument reserve and in the town centre with an aging population conveniently meets the requirements for the location of an adult day care with a café on the ground floor and clinics upstairs. The elongated shape of the house provided a place for a large garden accessible to all its users. The entrance hall serves as a space for establishing connections between the clients of the centre, the café guests and the visitors of counselling rooms. In addition to serving as the entrance to the garden, it also enables more convenient involvement of the institution's clients in the operation of the café. The main advantage is easy orientation on its premises and space for connecting communities.
