I am designing a multifunctional complex of a block, skyscraper and courtyard in the central part of the capital city of Prague, specifically in Prague - Holešovice. Currently, one of the largest brownfields in Prague is located in this part of Prague, for which there is a new zoning plan "Bubny-Zátory" for the completion of a typical block of flats. My design occupies one of the future blocks and complements the whole area with its functions. I design a library, offices, a shopping center, a restaurant and a skyscraper 35-storey tower with a hotel and housing. My concept was to create an ecological building (green roofs, greenery on the terraces, rainwater management and geothermal energy) and a rotating tower that effectively withstands the onslaught of wind and looks extraordinary.
