Revitalization of Budejovice Square and its surroundings

The urban design deals with the solution of the public space of Budějovické square over the Budějovická metro station and the future development of the adjacent locality. The design creates a permeable square separated from heavy traffic with space for gathering and a covered marketplace. In the adjacent locality, it creates new buildings for housing services and administration on empty or inefficiently built-up plots.
