Wood house

The project is designed within the urban project - Dubeč. Natural cottages are like a hotel complex in vineyards. The main idea is to connect man and nature. The cottage has an area of ​​88 square meters. It is for one or two families, it has two bedrooms. It is equipped with all needed furniture. The cottage can be rented for a holiday or a weekend. In the southern part there is a terrace with a beautiful view of the countryside. CLT panels form the supporting structure of the building. CLT panels are made of solid wood and are based on spruce slats. The individual lamella plates are then layered on top of each other from an odd number of perpendicular plates. These layers are glued together with an ecological formaldehyde-free adhesive.
