New life, new utilization, new value. New multi-functional buildings will be built in the industrial area, where textile production took place for a long time. Historic buildings will be transformed into housing, offices and leisure spaces.
The concept of the urban design of the complex was developed jointly as part of the bachelor thesis of individual students.
