Bhutan : Apartment Building

The apartment building is designed in Bhutan, in the capital city of Thimpu, and responds to the specific environment and religion. Our task was to gain a deeper understanding of the lifestyle of Bhutanese people, to get to know their standard of living and to respond to them. The assignment is based on two main questions: How does the apartment building approach traditional Bhutanese architecture? How is the building ecological?
