Mountain hut BĚŽKA

The mountain hut is situated in the Krkonoše mountains on Zlaté návrší, west of Vrbatova bouda. It is located close to tourist routes that lead here (e.g. Krkonošská magistrála) and provides a pleasant view of the Krkonoše landscape. With its concept, the cottage adopts the shape of the contours of the surrounding terrain, the total mass is after that inspired by the tectonics of the nearby Harrach stones. The southern glass facade is shielded by a protruding wooden structure that guides the visitor through the tavern in the same way as the pole markings on the surrounding roads. The building has two above-ground floors and a partial basement. The units are mainly intended for accommodation for tourists, cross-country skiers or cyclists predominantly for one or two nights.
