VRŠOVICKÁ HOUSING
Annotation
I am proposing urban rental housing on a forgotten plot
next to the Hasa Sports Hall. The ambition is to design
a project that would be suitable in its layout, standard,
and construction design for urban rental housing
which the city could incorporate into its housing fund.
At the same time, the work tries to elaborate on other
themes related to this form of housing which currently
resonates: prefabrication, the question of standard and
comfort, the variability, and adaptability of layouts in
the construction cycle, the historical form of tenement
houses with pavilions, etc
