Apartment house

My project consists of two masses with shared uderground garages, between these two objects is created area, which can be used for relax or activities for children. As the main material are used beige bricks and concrete on the ground floor. Every flat has its own balcony or loggia, the balconies are orienteted to the inner block and the lodggias face the street. Project provides comunication with the surround and also keeps the privacy.
