From the street, visitors are attracted by shops, a small ice cream shop and a cafe with a bistro. When the weather is nice, the house opens completely with the help of sliding walls. The building is a multifunctional space, internal partitions can change or disappear completely. There is a space for concerts, lectures, an alternative theatre, rehearsal rooms and studios. The house and its surroundings are dynamic and full of life all day long.
