Meander

The Lomnice River in Blatná is divided into two parts - the main one I modified according to the original river course and created a natural area around it directly in the river floodplain. The smallone, which was modified in the design into a larger meander, gave rise to a peaceful environment, despite the fact that it lies right next to the main traffic street of Blatná - Vorlíčkova Street. The river meander divides the currently unused land into two parts. In the northern half of the area there is a kindergarten and an attached garden bordered by the meander. Across the river, on the southern side of the site, there is a retirement home. The two groups thus have a sense of connected space, but at the same time both receive the privacy they desire.
