THE BLUE IS GOOD!

A new residential district will be built in the Czech town of Jihlava. The aim was to design a housing complex that will create a pleasant environment for families without violating their privacy and at the same time make a common courtyard in the form of a park with a pond accessible to passers-by. The design combines apartment types ranging from 2-bedroom to 4-bedroom apartments. Residents can enjoy terraces with flower beds, communal areas for neighbourhood events and gyms with basic equipment.
