Apartment building in Karlovy Vary

As part of the studio, I was involved in the design of a building for housing. The apartment building is located in Karlovy Vary in Kolmá Street. The building is situated on a plot of land next to the Park of Jean de Carro, close to the historic city center. The main goal of the design is to create a pleasant environment for families. The house offers a combination of different types of apartments. The main characteristic features of the house are large French windows and distinctive gray bricks of the façade. The entrance is possible from the north and south facades. The building has commercial premises and underground cellars.
