Annotation
In designing this high-rise building, emphasis was placed on bringing the positive aspects of living in single-family homes in the suburbs into the urban environment. The concept demonstrates this idea satisfactorily to say the least and shows that this idea has the potential to be applied in other projects. The standards of detached houses that this building brings could appeal to the residents of the centre of Vršovice in the context of the current urban environment which, despite the blue-green infrastructure, still maintains a rather monotonous urban character. The house thus becomes a kind of model of coexistence between humans and "wildlife", for which there is not as little space in the city as it might seem at first glance.
