Upper Libeň. Strange place. Construction gaps, visual smog. Asphalt. It feels like the place belongs to cars, many of which are parked here for long periods of time, often as decomposed wrecks. The greenery is almost non-existent, at most in a very neglected form. On the other hand, undulating terrain, winding streets and scenic overlooks. A mix of rural and urban atmosphere, giving the place an interesting layering and character. A green tram lane runs down the Zenklova street, making public transport more attractive and contributing to the area's microclimate. I am complementing the development and placing a large block in the heart of the area. It will become a centre of cultural activity. A tram passes through its centre, drops off passengers and departs.
