Orionka Residence

In Prague's Vinohrady district, near the former Orion chocolate factory, there was a trolleybus turnaround. Trolleybuses haven't been there for a long time, and they probably never will again. The area of the turnaround became a relic of the past, officially it is a park, but apart from a few benches, there is no sign of it. The five-storey building with a total of 42 apartments of layouts 1+kk - 4+kk will offer its residents housing in the historic part of the city with all modern comfort. The building is divided into two wings - southern and northern - with a common entrance from Benešovská Street. The building has underground garages, and there are three non-residential spaces for rent on the ground floor of the building.
