THE APARTMENT BUILDING POSTOLOPRTY

The new corner apartment building in Postoloprty offers new apartments and two commercial units to the village. The building is located in the center of the town, in the immediate vicinity of Marx Square. The residential building consists of two main masses, which have a gable roof and are connected by a connecting element with a communication function. The new building has a multifunctional character with an active ground floor. One mass houses the florist shop, the other mass brings the café operation together with an outdoor terrace. On the first floor there are residential units with size 1+kk. The visual expression of the building corresponds to the combination between the contextuality of the surroundings and contemporary architecture.
