Annotation
Reconstruction of the Lučan department store and a new building in it
the immediate vicinity brings new things to the village of Postoloprty
business premises, administrative part focused
for offices and two residential units. The object is located
in the city center at the very top of Marx Square.
The house faces the square with gables. From the original house
Lučan takes only the construction, he transforms everything else
in a completely new complex. The building is divided into three tracts.
Tracts are connected by exposed reinforced concrete
a structure under which a terraced social space is created.
The remaining two tracts are finished with a gable roof.
