Fish - Plastic bottle opener

The assignment was to design and create a plastic bottle opener in 1 month. I decided to make a more stationary opener for seniors, which they would rather keep stored at home then carry around. I designed the opener so that it could be used to open many sizes of caps, including medicine bottles. I decided on a pliers type design, which is the most gentle on the joints during use, and I incorporated a shelf that helps with putting the opener on the cap, into the design. The opener also has almost only soft curves throughout the entire opener so that the user cannot easily injure themselves while using it.
