PHOTOGRAPHER / MOMENT

My suggestion is for a photographer with an obsession for the moment. The design strategy is based on my concept of the moment in photography, and these are: the play of light and shadow, chance, the expressive point. The distinctive points of the site are Vyšehrad and Císařská louka, which I ‘captured in the frame’ - two footbridges that also serve as communication between the residential and working buildings. On the ground floor there is a ‘Black box’ - a public exhibition hall for light displays in the form of a rectangle without windows, the only source of natural light is a skylight in the middle of the hall. The working building - the photographer's studio, which symbolizes light by the use of translucent material.
