The lower level serves as a community for meeting, learning and working with the land. The upper floor houses apartments. The building is designed with potential flooding in mind - the residential floor has access to an evacuation bridge leading to the crown of the island. The farm includes greenhouses designed to grow flowers and herbs.This green space is more than just local cultivation - it is a space for slowing down and connecting.
