REZIDUUM

Annotation
The Reziduum project is a sensitive conversion of a former water tower that has lost its original function and is now gaining a new role as a multifunctional residential and artistic space. The structure is defined by its distinctive octagonal floor plan and strong vertical axis, allowing for the layering of diverse uses. The interior layout works with the contrast between the enclosed, intimate spaces of the lower tank and the open, light-filled studios and experimental living units in the upper levels. Its flexible configuration supports both individual creative work and community activities.
The name Reziduum refers to what remains — a trace, a residue, an imprint. In this space, time, experience, and memory accumulate, forming the sediment of a new identity for the building.
