Wellness

The building is located on the edge of an academic center. The wellness area occupies the first two floors, while the third floor houses a 3-room apartment with a kitchenette. Both the apartment and the wellness center are accessible from the northwest façade. The wellness center features a corner glass entrance vestibule. The main element of the interior is a two-story minimalist space with a bar, a whirlpool, and a mezzanine. The intimate atmosphere of the wellness area is enhanced by glass brick walls on both sides, which visually separate the space from its surroundings.
