Annotation

The proposal involves the conversion of an existing water tower into sustainable experimental housing. The building comprises seven residential units, a caretaker's apartment, offices, a small gym, two water tanks, space for a solar atmospheric generator, a swimming pool, and an intensive green roof, which also serves as a private recreational area for the residents. Throughout the design process, special attention was paid to preserving the original structure’s architectural character and monumental presence.
