Coworking

The building is located in the southern corner of the Academic center. The lower floor serves as a coworking space, which forms an open, light-filled two-story space with a gallery. The interior is dominated by a massive staircase. On the third floor there is a three-room apartment with a generous loggia. The entrance to the apartment leads via a separate staircase accessible from the ground floor. The facade of the building is formed by a regular grid of windows, which also determines the logic of the internal layout.
