Affordable Housing Strupcice

Our task was to design affordable housing for the village of Strupčice. It is an older West Bohemian village, so I was looking for isnpiration by local houses when designing. The square shape with a gabled roof fits perfectly into the village. On the first floor there is one large room for two children, a smaller bedroom for one parent, a bathroom with a toilet and a dressing room. On the ground floor there is a large common pace, consisting of a kitchen, a dining room and a living room, from which we can continue to the outdoor terrace and garden. In the small hallway there is a utility room and a toilet. The roof and all facades are covered with metal sheet, which makes the whole house elegant and modern and unobtrusive.
