House with a studio

House for a restorer. The house is designed for a restorer, who could work in his studio on both large and small scale works, and have the ability to use the outdoor. The plot is located in sloping area of Hanspaulka. This plot is not as steep as some others, but it formed the concept even more. Having an L-shaped floor plan, the house basically consists of three parts: studio, living room and the other rooms of the house. Each of these parts has different floor levels, which makes up raumplan. On the second floor there is a unified floor. There's no other room above the studio, only gallery, that looks down the studio.
